Refund and Return Policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to about refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The following return policy applies to items purchased online through BuildMart360 e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our dealer outlet:

Return Policy :-

In the event that the order has been placed through the “Book Now” or “Pay Now” option

1. The material must be in original form, undamaged and in it’s original packaging.

2. The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differs from what has been ordered by the customer. The request should be made by call/mail to customer support .The material will be replaced only if it is received in the same form as it was delivered

3. In case of return, 10% of billing value will be changed as a processing fees.

4. Cement and Steel products cannot be returned.

5. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and/or pick up at our facility.
